New Service Provider for Resale Certificates and Documents
In our continuing effort to bring the highest level of management service to the boards and homeowners we serve, Imagineers is pleased to announce that effective February 1, 2012, we will be partnering with HomeWiseDocs, a new service provider for resale certificates and governing documents information.
We chose HomeWiseDocs because they have created the most profile web based data and document delivery system for the community association industry. HomeWiseDocs.com provides all the services of our previous provider, and more. You can access documents through their user friendly website, chat on line with a representative, or speak with a representative over the phone.
With HomeWiseDocs, you will have quick and easy access to resale certificates and governing documents information. Resale certificate and governing documents (i.e. the declaration, bylaws, rules and regulations of your association) are accessible directly online for lenders, mortgage bankers, title/escrow companies, real estate agents and homeowners in need of information for managed communities. This delivery system provides reliable, around-the-clock online access to all governing documents and other data.
HomeWiseDocs is an Internet utility that simplifies the process of delivering and obtaining community association data and documentation for your association real estate transactions. HomeWiseDocs provides access to valuable association information in minutes. Over 100,000 lenders, title and escrow companies and real estate agents use HomewiseDocs nationwide today. Homeowners can also use this service to request documents as well.
There is no cost to sign-up or login to the site. The only charge incurred is when the user elects to obtain a specific document. The fees for purchasing documents are indicated prior to purchase with a greater menu of individual documents to select from. The information can be paid for by billing to a credit card or debited to a bank account.
Homeowners and lenders in need of information will be directed to HomeWiseDocs via the Imagineers website. Once connected to the HomeWiseDocs website, they will be directed through a simple login process where they can request resales, mortgage questionnaires, and other governing documents and information. Documents can be e-mailed or mailed to the person requesting the information. Customers may also call HomeWiseDocs directly via their toll free number if they prefer not to use the online service but rather order by phone. Imagineers staff is also available to provide introductory assistance if needed.
