Online Survey for Future Board Training Seminar Topics


We are requesting your input on the topics that interest you for future Board Training Seminars. Please participate in our online survey by clicking on the survey link (click here). The survey takes only a minute and will provide us with valuable feedback.

We continue to offer our free Board Training Seminar Series to all our client board members. The free board training has been well received and we plan to continue to provide this service. Past topics have included the following:

  • The ABCs: A Basic Course for Community Associations
  • Robert's Rules and the CIOA Required Conduct of Board Meetings
  • Legislative Update: How Will the Upcoming Changes to the Common Interest Ownership Act Impact My Community
  • How to Get the Most Out of Your Community Financial Statements
  • Community Web Portal: How to Best Utilize this New Feature as a Beneficial Tool for your Community.

    The typical format includes allowing time for board members from different communities to socialize and compare notes, with a 45 minute to 1 hour presentation followed by time for questions and answers (total time 90 minutes). Refreshments are provided at each session. We plan to publish the results from the survey in next our board newsletter and use the results to guide the next topic selected. Thank you.
