Imagineers is owned by 12 members of its senior staff and the Webster Investment Group. Imagineers is based in Hartford and operates a branch office in Seymour. We are the largest condominium management service organization in Connecticut. Our property management division assists 217 homeowner boards which govern over 20,998 units throughout Connecticut. We also manage approximately 2,000 apartments. In addition to property management, we operate maintenance and construction divisions which serve many of our client communities. These services are optional and are arranged via separate agreements. Imagineers' housing program management division also administers 6,000 housing rental subsidy units for 8 different towns and cities in Connecticut.
