Imagineers Employee Volunteer Effort - Mary Caruso Gables Senior Apartments
Imagineers and its employees have a proud tradition of volunteering to support many worthwhile causes. On Saturday April 26th we are proud to say that we had over seventy-five (75) Imagineers employees (& family members of employees) volunteer their Saturday for a spring make-over at the Mary Caruso Gables low-income elderly complex in Hartford. After reaching out to the governing board for Mary Caruso Gables we developed a list of their needs. From this list our staff painted the hallways of all five floors of their building, as well as the community room. We conducted interior repair to the community room ceiling and the exterior of the property was landscaped thoroughly. The landscaping included cleaning all debris, edging beds, mulching, and planting flowers. The residents were very appreciative to have the spruce up their community and we found it to be very rewarding.
